In some cases we many need certain artwork from you. In cases where we need large files (sometimes up to 700mb) we may request you use this form to ensure we receive the file without being corrupted.

Important File & Artwork guidelines

Preferred File Formats: .AI .EPS .PDF
Images: If using images in illustrator, please embed or include the linked files in your upload.
Fonts: Please convert to curves / outlines or include all font files (TTF or OTF)

Image Resolutions & Viewing Distance

100-300 DPI is recommend for most printing / signage applications. The greater your viewing distance, the lower resolution you are able to use.

Importance of quality artwork

We make every effort to inform you of the requirements of your supplied artwork (depending on the project). If you have had a designer create logos or other artwork, please ask to have them provide you “high resolution” or “vector” version of these files. In the event we need to modify artwork because it does not meet requirements, we will inform you. Modification of artwork is charged based on our hourly rate.

Artwork Handling Charges may apply if your supplied artwork does not meet the requirements (We always notify you before hand if this is the case). Please talk to us if you have any questions or concerns.
