  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued
  • A deposit may be required to begin work, with the balance due on completion or installation
  • Materials and finished work remain our property until paid in full
  • Custom-fabricated items are non-refundable once production has started

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. If something we made or installed fails due to a defect in our work or materials within a reasonable period, we will repair or replace it. Specific warranty terms vary by product type (signs, vehicle wraps, vinyl graphics, etc.) and are noted on the project quote or invoice.

This warranty does not cover damage from accidents, vandalism, weather extremes, improper care, alterations after installation, or normal wear and tear over time.

Liability

We provide our website and services in good faith and to a professional standard. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our website or services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the project in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost business or lost profits) arising from your use of our website or services.
